We can all agree that getting stronger is a good thing. But sometimes the “how” causes us to be overwhelmed or shrink back with excuses. We get it – we’ve all been there. So there are literally no strings attached when we encourage you to simply try this program. 

Our friends at Avolve Fitness will bring energy and fun, and will take your through a variety of exercises. There are lots of benefits if you keep them up, such as a strengthened core, increased flexibility, and endurance. There won’t be any weights – it’s just people all working toward a common goal. Must wear comfortable workout clothes, socks, and gym shoes. Go for it! 

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
