School is almost here, so let’s plan ahead! Question for you first - what will you do to get you through the day or unwind after school? A daily caffeine binge and Netflix marathon might work for the short-term, but there are some healthier ways to get you started this fall! Be the best version of you by becoming aware of your personal care needs and taking care of yourself. What do you need to feel motivated and energized? Create a jar with helpful tools and fun “pick-me-ups” to use when you are feeling stressed or tired. And the best part is that we’ll have tasty (and healthy - bonus) smoothies for you!

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
