This position will provide leadership in the recruitment, training, retention, coordination, and supervision of volunteers and interns for The Bridge Teen Center. This is a part-time hourly position working 24 hours/week.

This position will provide direct support in the specific area of afterschool programming, including set-up and tear-down, front desk support, assisting with specific programs, and interacting with students during hangout times.

The Bridge Thrift Store is hiring a part-time Receiver to assist with the processing and organization of donated goods. This position reports to the Store Operator, and receives daily direction from Store Leads. Great role for a student who has a flexible school schedule, or someone looking for supplemental income.

Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring all guests have an extremely positive impression of (and experience shopping at) The Bridge Thrift Store. They will work alongside the Store Operator and Assistant Manager in serving guest needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor. This position would be schedule to work 15-20 hours a week during the day.

The Floor Lead will support the Store Operator and the Supervising Team Member(s) in executing the operations of The Bridge Thrift Store and leading staff and volunteers. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Front of the House (FOH) of the Store and performing the day-to-day operations that are necessary for the Store to run smoothly. 15-20 hour/week position.

They will work alongside the Co-Founder/Store Director and Assistant Manager in serving guest needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor. This position is open to high school students who are at least 16 years old. 15-20 hours/week position.

Under the leadership of the Program Director, the intern will provide assistance with planning, organization, and implementation of various programs and events.

Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing, the intern will provide assistance within the specific areas of graphic design, marketing, public relations, development, and promotion of The Bridge Teen Center and The Bridge Thrift Store.

The Social Media & Communications Intern will have the opportunity to learn new skills, grow The Bridge Teen Center’s social media presence and make a big contribution to our Marketing Department. Under the Director of Marketing, the Social Media & Communications Intern will assist in the story telling of student programs, events, and promotion of upcoming student programs and fundraising events.

Under the leadership of the Marketing Department, the intern will provide assistance in the creation, planning, and execution of videos for entertainment, educational, promotional, and training purposes for students, volunteers, and the general public.
