The Job Readiness Program Assistant will directly support the Job Readiness and Volunteer Coordinator at The Bridge Thrift Store, including the development of student leaders through the "Thriftastic" job readiness training program. This is a part-time position and would be scheduled weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school and at least two Saturdays per month.

Under the leadership of the Program Directors, this role will provide direct support in the specific area of afterschool programming, including set-up and tear-down, front desk support, interacting with students after school and on Friday nights, and providing administrative support for the part-time Volunteer Coordinator.

The Floor Lead will support the Store Operator and the Supervising Team Member(s) in executing the operations of The Bridge Thrift Store and leading staff and volunteers. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Front of the House (FOH) of the Store and performing the day-to-day operations that are necessary for the Store to run smoothly. 20-29 hour/week position.

The Lead Clothing Associate will be responsible for efficiently receiving and processing all clothing donations, maintaining an organized processing area and other functions to support the clothing merchandise sales. 10-20 hours/week position. Our base pay begins at minimum wage or depending on experience, plus merchandise discounts. 20-29 hour/week position.

Under the leadership of the Program Director, the intern will provide assistance with planning, organization, and implementation of various programs and events.

Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring all guests have an extremely positive impression of (and experience shopping at) The Bridge Thrift Store. They will work alongside the Store Operator and Assistant Manager in serving guest needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor. This position would be schedule to work 15-20 hours a week during the day.

Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing, the intern will provide assistance within the specific areas of graphic design, marketing, public relations, development, and promotion of The Bridge Teen Center and The Bridge Thrift Store.

The Social Media & Communications Intern will have the opportunity to learn new skills, grow The Bridge Teen Center’s social media presence and make a big contribution to our Marketing Department. Under the Director of Marketing, the Social Media & Communications Intern will assist in the story telling of student programs, events, and promotion of upcoming student programs and fundraising events.

Under the leadership of the Marketing Department, the intern will provide assistance in the creation, planning, and execution of videos for entertainment, educational, promotional, and training purposes for students, volunteers, and the general public.

Under the leadership of the Volunteer & Job Readiness Coordinator of The Bridge Thrift Store, the intern will provide assistance in the specific areas of marketing, communications, business, public relations, community outreach, event planning, operational procedures, and day-to-day operations.
