Part-Time Pick-Up and Delivery Driver

The part-time Pick-Up and Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring all guests donating or receiving furniture have an extremely positive impression of (and experience shopping/donating at) The Bridge Thrift Store.  They will work alongside the Co-Founder/Store Director and Leadership Team in serving guest furniture needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor. 15-20 hour/week position. CDL is not required.

Part-Time Floor Lead

The Floor Lead will support the Store Director and the Supervising Team Member(s) in executing the operations of The Bridge Thrift Store and leading staff and volunteers.  This position will be responsible for overseeing the Front of the House (FOH) of the Store and performing the day-to-day operations that are necessary for the Store to run smoothly. 15-20 hour/week position. 

Part-Time Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Manager will work alongside the Store Director in overseeing the operations of The Bridge Thrift Store in leading staff, students, and volunteers in providing excellent guest service.  This position will be responsible for independently running all aspects of store operations and volunteer management in the absence of the Store Director.  3-5 years of retail experience required, 1+ years in management or leadership position preferred. 20-30 hours/week position.

Student Position: Part-Time Sales Associate

Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring all guests have an extremely positive impression of (and experience shopping at) The Bridge Thrift Store. They will work alongside the Co-Founder/Store Director and Assistant Manager in serving guest needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor. This position is open to high school students who are at least 16 years old. 15-20 hours/week position.
