Full-Time Volunteer and Job Readiness Program Coordinator

The Volunteer & Job Readiness Program Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the volunteer program at The Bridge Thrift Store, including the development of student leaders through the “Thriftastic” job readiness training program. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Experience working with teenagers (in a paid position or as a volunteer), volunteer management experience and retail knowledge is preferred. Click below for a complete position description.
