The Floor Lead will support the Store Operator and the Supervising Team Member(s) in executing the operations of Bridge Thrift Home & Restoration and leading staff and volunteers. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Front of the House (FOH) of the Store and performing the day-to-day operations that are necessary for the Store to run smoothly. 20-29 hour/week position

Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring all guests have an extremely positive impression of (and experience shopping at) Bridge Thrift Home & Restoration. They will work alongside the Store Operator and Assistant Store Operator in serving guest needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor

Bridge Thrift Home & Restoration is hiring a part-time Donation Receiver to assist with the processing and organization of donated goods. This position reports to the Store Operator, and receives daily direction from Store Leads. Great role for a student who has a flexible school schedule, or someone looking for supplemental income.
