What is Empowering Teens Month?
Empowering Teens Month celebrates and brings awareness to the importance of afterschool programs - like those offered at The Bridge Teen Center - that help teens find likes, new interests and discover who they were created to be.
With all the challenges in today's world, teenagers need safe and encouraging places not just to BE, but also to BECOME. The Bridge Teen Center and The Bridge Thrift Store are committed to engaging, connecting and empowering young people on a daily basis.
Through our FREE afterschool and job readiness programs, we helping teens find hope, purpose and direction.

Empowering Teens Month sponsorship packages provide exposure of your business to a variety of audiences. We have support levels to fit all budgets ranging from $250 - $5,000 and feature signage, social media recognition and collaboration, inclusion on t-shirts, and more. Due to the volume of donations sorted during Empowering Teens Month, many great finds can be discovered in October! The best part is, your bargain-hunting will support the holistic programs at The Bridge Teen Center that empower LOCAL teens. Click here to see store hours.
We rely on your donations of gently used clothing, furniture, and home goods to raise support for The Bridge Teen Center's FREE programs. Donations are accepted during store hours at the "self-serve" donation trailer behind our store. Larger furniture items can be donated behind our store at the labeled garage door.
