It’s getting colder outside, so what’s better than homemade soup to warm you up? Create a variety of autumn-esque soups and build confidence in the kitchen. A high school culinary arts teacher will provide step-by-step skills that will inspire YOUR unique cooking adventures, maybe for the rest of your life!

Practice layering these soups, so all ingredients are cooked the way they’re supposed to be. Did you know chopped veggies go in the pot first? The beef or chicken goes in next and then the broth. Blend ingredients and simmer three hearty soups that have great sources of energy, protein, and tastiness. Want to know what the soups are? It’s a surprise, so plan to sign up. Take these recipes home and make them for yourself and your family - you’ll wow them for sure!
