Raise your hand if you want to make flaky biscuits with homemade butter and raspberry jam! Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and buttermilk to make the dough. Roll it into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Once you’ve got a big rectangle, cut it into thirds. Stack each third on top of one another and form into a circle. Bake it in the oven and pull out flaky layers of yumminess. 

Don’t forget the sweetness. Boil sugar and berries until it forms a gel-like jam. Pour heavy cream and salt into a food processor and blend until you’ve got velvety butter. Sign up now!

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
