Experience the beauty of autumn! Join us for a guided hike through the vibrant fall landscape of the Palos Park Woods. Explore the local ecosystem, hear how the forest is maintained and discover how you can contribute to environmental stewardship. Austin, our science-loving Bridge Staffer, is a former high school biology teacher and he’s got a wealth of really cool information to share. This is the perfect way to enjoy the season, deepen your connection with nature and make a positive impact on our environment! Please wear layered clothing, socks, and closed-toed shoes.

All Mind/Body programs are sponsored in part by Authenticity Counseling.

IMPORTANT: This program will take place at an offsite location. Students will travel on The Bridge Bus to Palos Park Woods, located at 11850 S. 88th Avenue in Palos Park. Must have "Permission to Transport" indicated on Student Membership Application.

If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
