Be encouraged! This will be a fun and safe space to discover more about ourselves and the greatness inside us. A fun and kind counselor will help you identify your personal strengths as well as traits that may not be strengths yet, but can be. (We like the sound of that!) Explore how your personal values contribute to self-confidence and get some tips on how to maintain courage in the face of challenges or setbacks. Practice mindful breathwork that only takes a few seconds per day. Finish all these deep and meaningful reflections by creating and decorating a coping skills toolbox, complete with a modeling clay, gel pen, and mini journal. Remind yourself that you are strong and capable!

Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
