Have you ever wondered how you could gain more energy for your everyday life? Muscular endurance is a key component of how you function. Simply put, it’s the strength that allows you to do just about anything for an extended period of time. Try a repeatable workout that you can do at home without fancy equipment. Focus on consistency and repetition, and discover ways to work on isometric gains (i.e. the ability to hold tension without contracting muscles fully). Do everything at your own pace and cheer each other on. We’re all working toward a common goal! Must wear comfortable workout clothes, socks, and gym shoes.

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
