Hit, set, and spike. Whether you are still a rookie or a seasoned vet who’s able to spike it with the best of them, volleyball is a great game to simply get you moving! Sometimes moving is the best thing we can do for ourselves. Just 15 minutes of exercise can boost our mood, increase our energy level, and reduce brain “fog” (i.e. difficulty focusing). So get going with the essential volleyball skills of serving, passing, and setting. And yes, we’ll coach you on how to properly spike the ball. If you keep practicing, you’ll be ready to hit the beach and play sand volleyball with friends by the summer!

IMPORTANT: This program will take place at an offsite location. Students will travel on The Bridge Bus to Silver Lake Country Club, located at 14700 S. 82nd Avenue in Orland Park. Must have "Permission to Transport" indicated on Student Membership Application.

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
