Yoga and goats? You have goat-to be kidding me! Connect with the beautiful outdoors at Nature’s Trail Yoga, which is on a scenic 5-acre family owned mini farm in Orland Park. Not only does yoga promote physical wellness, but studies have shown interacting with animals (like goats) can help reduce stress and alleviate anxiety. Share some laughter and connect with these adorable, furry friends as you flow through some serene yoga. Who knows, maybe one of the famous goats such as Milk, Shake, or Sushi will make a special appearance! Sign up for this rare experience today!
