Whether you are still a rookie or a seasoned vet who’s able to spike it with the best of them, volleyball is a great game to simply get you moving! Sometimes moving is the best thing we can do for ourselves. Just 15 minutes of exercise can boost our mood, increase our energy level, and reduce brain “fog” (i.e. difficulty focusing). So get going with the essential volleyball skills of serving, passing and setting. And yes, we’ll coach you on how to properly spike the ball. If you keep practicing, you’ll be ready to hit the beach and play sand volleyball with friends this summer!

Students will travel in The Bridge Bus to an offsite location - Silver Lake Country Club is located at 14700 S. 82nd Avenue in Orland Park. Must have 'Permission to Transport' indicated on Student Membership Application (check your Student Portal to make sure).
