Let’s step up our taco game, shall we? Our friends at Trader Joe’s will teach you how to construct three types of tacos – all with toppings or sides that scream fresh and tasty. 

First up - fry some uncured bacon in the oven. Add the crumbled pieces to corn or flour tortillas. Top with a homemade creamy salad made of shredded cabbage, carrots, mayo, and BBQ sauce. Then, pan sear steak on the stove and learn how to tell when it’s done. Add the strips of steak to tortillas and top with chopped onions and cilantro. Finally (and this is the coolest one), make vegan soy chorizo tacos. If you’re not familiar with what soy chorizo is, it’s a spicy mixture of crumbled tofu and veggies. Cut up some sweet potatoes, sauté, and add as a side. If all of that isn’t enough, have some chips and salsa, too!

If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
