Are you a bread lover? Build a French “Croque Monsieur” - an open-faced sandwich that became popular in European cafes as a quick snack in the early 1900’s. It’s pan-fried with savory ham in between two slices of brioche, and grated cheese is melted on top. As if that isn’t enough, did you know that there is a different cheese for every day of the year in France? Or that the Eiffel Tower was never supposed to be permanent? One more thing… people speaking French are very likely to speak about love. That's why it's one of the famous “romance” languages. Come and cook like a French national and uncover super cool facts about this intriguing country. Espérons vous y voir (translation - Google it)!
