Summer is the perfect time to slowly build new habits. Determine if old tendencies are truly helpful or surprisingly hurtful to your overall well-being. Perhaps think about small goals you want to achieve, how you spend your time, relate to your friends and family, or take care of your health. Don’t worry - you’ll be guided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Make an action plan for starting anew in various aspects of your life. Then start journaling to keep track of your growth goals. Write about gratitude, your dreams, or any creative ideas you have. There is no wrong way to journal! Plus, enjoy a sweet, cold treat while you do it. Don’t miss out!

Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
