Pot stickers or Jiaozi are Asian dumplings that are typically filled with veggies or ground meat and commonly eaten during the Chinese New Year. You’ll get the privilege to learn how to make these tasty creations from Joliet Junior College’s Certified and Master Chef, Tim Bucci.

Roll out a thin piece of dough and pack it with cooked veggies or pork. Practice properly cutting and chopping those ingredients too. Once you place what you want in the middle of the dough, fold and seal it by pressing the edges together. Steam, boil, or pan-fry your finished pot stickers. Best part - dip them in a homemade soy or sweet chili sauce.
