Assemble a trendy wooden planter box to spruce up your front or backyard. (We know it’s still winter, but it doesn’t hurt to be prepared. Spring will be here before you know it!) Sand down the wood, drill the pieces together, and stain it if you want. Gain insight from the gentlemen at Operation Nehemiah, a local non-profit that helps rebuild structures for communities in need. They’ll help you put this work of art together. Take home some veggie and flower seeds too. This program may just propel you into more woodworking projects, so be ready for some inspiration!
