How can working out destress you?! We’re so glad you asked. For one thing, physical activity increases blood flow (we need that to live) and endorphins (aka the happy hormone). Working out, even for 7-10 minutes per day, is a really healthy way to release built-up energy and stress too. Mandi, Bridge staffer, will lead you in a few fun workouts that you can easily do in the morning, after school, or even before dinner. We’ll try a few things - stretching, yoga, and even lifting some light weights. Then, decide what works best for you. Join us and have fun destressing with your Bridge buds!

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
