It’s Foodie Week at The Bridge, so get your fancy-food-loving taste buds ready for homemade pasta. That’s right, walk through the entire pasta-making process! You can use cool gadgets to get this done quicker, but we’re going to try it the old-school way - by hand. Essential ingredients are eggs, flour, and a little salt. Mix it all up to create, knead, and roll out dough into sheets. Cut and shape the dough into thick tortellini pasta, and pinch the edges of these cheese-filled pockets to perfection. (You’ll make that filling AND marinara sauce from scratch too.) You’ll feel so accomplished in your new kitchen skills, so sign up now!

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
