If you have a compassionate heart and love helping animals and/or people feel better, keep reading! Visit a local college in Tinley Park and be a part of a veterinary technology class and get hands-on experience with live sweet animals. Then, step inside some other disciplines like physical and occupational therapy AND medical assisting programs. Engage a series of activities with adaptive equipment so you can get an idea of what it’s like to struggle with physical and sensory functions. Meet some friendly college professors and college students. And what better time to start exploring colleges than during a low-pressure time? Best part though - we head to Starbucks afterwards to get a little energy boost. Get one grande drink on us! College and coffee - what’s better?! Sign up now! This is a super program, which means the duration is longer than usual. Good thing we’re getting coffee! The Bridge will also provide water for each student.
IMPORTANT: Students will travel in The Bridge Bus to Fox College located at 18020 Oak Park Avenue and Starbucks located at 15901 Harlem Avenue - both in Tinley Park. Must have "Permission to Transport" indicated on Student Membership Application.

Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
