Austin Bilotto

Austin earned his B.A. in Biology from Indiana University in 2010. In 2015, he began leading the youth group at his church in Downers Grove - which ignited his passion for working with young people. He later received his teaching certification from Trinity Christian College and taught science at St. Rita and Marist High Schools. He also served as a multi-sport coach and led clubs at both schools.

In the summer of 2024, Austin began his journey as a Bridge Gladiator as the organization’s full-time Director of Program Operations, leading the volunteer department and overseeing day-to-day program execution. He is excited about the opportunity to serve a greater purpose in his leadership position at The Bridge for the benefit of the students we serve.

Austin is a lover of nature and enjoys anything outdoor-related such as hiking, swimming, and biking. His adventurous spirit has led him to many national parks and life experiences.
