Not a fan of running or lifting weights but still looking to get in a good workout? Maybe CrossFit is for you! Experience this high intensity workout, based on interval training in a team atmosphere. With challenges like the handstand push-up or the rope climb, your workouts will be motivating, never boring! Experience what this new training regimen is all about.
*For this program students will walk to an offsite location. They will be going to H.O.T. Side CrossFit, located at 15434 S. 70th Court in Orland Park. Must have ‘Permission to Transport’ indicated on Student Membership Application (check your Student Portal to make sure).
** FOR THIS PROGRAM, STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE A WAIVER SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT(S)/GUARDIAN(S). Any student who does not turn in this completed form by Monday, October 2nd will not be able to participate. Please click here or email firstname.lastname@example.org for waiver.
Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
