Alexis Harmon

Alexis has spent several years working closely with children in educational, behavioral, and creative settings. She graduated with her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago. Beyond The Bridge Teen Center, she works as a Registered Behavior Technician and Youth Dance Ministry Coordinator, roles that deepened her love for creating safe, uplifting spaces where students feel seen and supported.

At The Bridge, Alexis serves as Friday Night Support Staff, helping ensure the night runs smoothly, supporting volunteers, and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere that makes Friday nights a highlight for so many teens.

Outside of The Bridge, Alexis loves exploring new restaurants, hanging out with friends and family, and unwinding with a movie.
