Join us from home on Zoom and get ready for all things French! If you have the ingredients, feel free to make these fancy puffs right along with us or just watch. First, mix ingredients to make pate a choux, which is a type of delicate pastry dough made with butter, water, flour, and eggs. Form this choux pastry into small round gougeres, which are cheese puffs. You’ll actually fold the cheese into the dough with a spatula before you bake them. Then, make a batch of cream puffs and pipe them with Chantilly cream, which is sweetened whipped cream. Finally, watch a demo on how to create profiteroles, which are frozen cream puffs that you’ll fill with ice cream and top with chocolate sauce. Enough said. Bon Appetit! Click HERE for recipes.

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
