It’s important to build up our physical health, but let’s not forget about other aspects that make us unique. We are holistic beings, so that means we need to invest in our emotional and mental health too. The inspirational dancers at School of Ballet 5:8 in Orland Park, are passionate about building up the whole person through various intentional workouts. Gain confidence and motivation with a mix of body weight and aerobic exercises. Now that we’re well into a new school year, we encourage you to try this fresh workout. All fitness levels (especially beginners) welcome! Students should wear modest and comfy clothes, socks, and sneakers.

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
