It’s Gardening Month at The Bridge, so let’s dig into it! The first-generation farmers from Fox at the Fork Farm can’t wait to share their excitement about real farm-to-table food with you. They’ll have chives, dill, lavender and much more available so you can start your own small seeded herb garden. You may even want to discuss with your family how you can incorporate them into family meals.

Then, plant cilantro, rosemary, basil and more in The Bridge’s vertical herb garden wall. If we really take care of it, we can use these herbs in The Bridge’s summer culinary programs. If you want to check out the garden’s progress and growth this summer, just ask a Bridge staffer and we’ll make it happen!

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
