If you’ve lost a loved one or your family/friend circumstances have changed, the holidays can be hard. You’re not alone, so take this opportunity to process your grief and loss. In this program, we’ll create an emotionally-safe place for you to breathe, journal, reflect, and paint through your feelings and thoughts. Use watercolors, oil pastels, or colored pencils on cardstock and create an abstract image. This can serve as a visual representation of how difficulties and losses have shaped you, but not defined you. Finally, brainstorm with other Bridge students on how to find new perspectives during this holiday season. Walk away with a meaningful creation that represents your bright and hope-filled future!

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
