Want to punch something or feel like you’re turning into the Hulk sometimes? You may have what seems like a whole mess of anger, energy, or even happiness. But it seems like everyone’s telling you to keep it bottled up. (Not helpful.) What if we said you could deal with all that pent-up emotion in a way that you’re cool with? Have a snack with your Bridge friends, watch a clip of the “Hulk” movie, and hear from a professional counselor who’s dealt with a lot of anger himself and learned how to harness it in a healthy way. Identify what’s causing emotional reactions and explore how to better communicate with others. Open to guys and girls.

Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
