Affirmations from others are great, but we can’t always rely on or expect them to encourage us. So, let’s start being intentional about affirming ourselves! Create a bullet journal and fill it with affirmations through words, drawings, or anything else that uplifts you. Especially at school, what skills and gifts are you really good at and what do you want to grow in? Think about the overall goals you have (maybe “I want a … GPA.” or “I want to go to … University.”). But then think about how you’re going to achieve your goals (i.e. What kind of homework and study habits will get you to where you want to be?). Create a custom white board so you can add your goals or to-do list to it every day or week. Sometimes we just need some fresh tools to reset our motivation!

Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
