Have you ever wanted to learn how to dance, make a sports team, or run a mile? Maybe something has stopped you from going after those goals or dreams. Can’t touch your toes? Had a bad experience in gym class? Whatever it was, let’s begin anew this fall and take it one step at a time. We’ll be heading over to Ballet 5:8, a professional dance company and studio in Orland Park. Join us in a fun and energizing dance workout for all skill levels! Please wear loose-fitting, modest clothing and bring ballet or jazz shoes if you have them. If not, special socks will be provided. Here’s the best part - watch a live snippet of a real ballet performed by their company dancers. Go for it and be you, bravely!

1) For this program, students will travel in The Bridge Bus to an offsite location. They will be going to School of Ballet 5:8, located at 11545 183rd Place, Suite 101 in Orland Park. Must have "Permission to Transport" indicated on Student Membership Application (check your Student Portal to make sure).

2) Due to special circumstances, students will be dropped off at The Bridge at 6:30pm, which is 30 minutes after The Bridge closes. One Bridge staffer and volunteer will stay with all students until they are picked up. Please be on time when picking up your teen(s).

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
