We can all agree that getting stronger and healthier is a good thing. But sometimes the “how” causes us to be overwhelmed or shrink back with excuses. We get it – we’ve all been there. So there are literally no strings attached when we encourage you to simply try this program. We'll will take you through a variety of fun, fresh, and manageable fitness routines. There are lots of benefits if you keep them up, such as a strengthened core, increased flexibility, and endurance. Did you also know that exercise can help your mental health too? :) Must wear comfortable workout clothes, socks, and gym shoes. Go for it!
Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
