Happy Summer! Let’s start this season with a flavor punch of power and purpose, shall we? Create smoothie and acai bowls that are loaded with colorful ingredients and natural immune-boosting benefits. To make your smoothie bowl, blend organic frozen fruits of your choice (strawberries, bananas, mangos, and more) with a base of almond milk or Greek yogurt. Top it off with chia seeds, granola, and/or fresh slices of fruit. Now onto the other bowl. If you’ve never had acai berries, they are slightly sweet with hints of dark chocolate and blackberry. They are also one of the best natural foods you can eat for sustained energy. Join us for the fun of creating and customizing good, healthy foods!

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
