Raise your hand if you’re up for trying something new! Jambalaya is a hearty, flavorful stew originating from the diverse cultures of Louisiana. Our friends at Miller’s Alehouse will teach you how to perfectly blend and simmer shrimp, andouille sausage, chicken, Roma tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and Creole spices in a Cajun-style broth. That’s a lot of goodness in one place!
You may want to warm up your hands first because we’ll be cutting, sautéing, and combining all of the ingredients. After the jambalaya has simmered for a while, taste-testing will begin. You’ll love making this exciting dish. Cook it for your family for a cozy dinner any time of the year.

If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
