One-dish power bowls are just that… they’re satisfying in and of themselves and they can be eaten at any time of day. Also known as Buddha or Macro bowls, these wonders are full of color, taste, and nutrients. Simply customize your bowl with the following 5 components (examples listed to the right):

- Whole grains (brown/black rice, quinoa)
- Veggies (cauliflower, bell peppers, zucchini, tomatoes)
- Protein (chicken, tofu, salmon)
- Dressing (creamy avocado dressing, sesame vinaigrette, olive oil)
- Spices (salt, pepper, chili pepper flakes - for those who like it hot!)

Helpful tip: Try to cut, chop, and cook the ingredients at the beginning of the week, so all you have to do is throw your favs into a big bowl and you’re ready to eat!

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls or text messages are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
