Don’t worry - the burnt ends aren’t actually burnt! They are intentionally charred, heavily caramelized, crunchy and chewy all at the same time. A good way to think about burnt ends is that they are small barbeque “nuggets.” They’re usually served over a piece of garlic-buttered Texas toast… now we’re talking, right?! Get your hands into all of this goodness and embrace the “harder than you think” art of smoking beef brisket. Make a sweet homemade glaze to toss your ends in. Add bacon to a side of green beans, too. Come with a curious mind, ready hands, and an empty stomach!

If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
