Calling all aviation lovers and aspirational pilots! We’ll be heading over to Lewis University Airport to hear from a pilot who’s been flying for 20 years. He can’t wait to show you several aircrafts and all the cool equipment. Get an up-close look in and around two planes - a 1966 Piper Cherokee and a 1942 Boeing Stearman which was used 1942-1945 to train young pilots for the war. Gain insight on the principles of flight and the operations of a small public airport. Think of some questions to ask our tour guide and bring your phone for epic photo ops!
