The Director of Program Operations reports directly to the Founder and Executive Director, co-leading alongside the other Directors of the Program Team. This position is responsible for leading the team during day-to-day operations, overseeing the volunteer department, and supporting the overall program and student care needs. This is a full-time salaried position that includes health and retirement benefit package.

The Assistant Manager will work alongside the Store Director in overseeing the operations of The Bridge Thrift Store in leading staff, students, and volunteers in providing excellent guest service. This position will be responsible for independently running all aspects of store operations and volunteer management in the absence of the Store Director. 3-5 years of retail experience required, 1+ years in management or leadership position preferred.

The Pick-Up and Delivery Sales Associate will be responsible for ensuring all guests donating or receiving furniture have an extremely positive impression of (and experience shopping/donating at) The Bridge Thrift Store. They will work alongside the Co-Founder/Store Director and Leadership Team in serving guest furniture needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor. This is a contractual position. Drivers will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

The Floor Lead will support the Store Director and the Supervising Team Member(s) in executing the operations of The Bridge Thrift Store and leading staff and volunteers. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Front of the House (FOH) of the Store and performing the day-to-day operations that are necessary for the Store to run smoothly. 15-20 hour/week position.

Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring all guests have an extremely positive impression of (and experience shopping at) The Bridge Thrift Store. They will work alongside the Co-Founder/Store Director and Assistant Manager in serving guest needs, creating a community atmosphere and supporting the sales floor. This position would be schedule to work 15-20 hours a week during the day.

Under the leadership of the Volunteer & Job Readiness Coordinator of The Bridge Thrift Store, the intern will provide assistance in the specific areas of marketing, communications, business, public relations, community outreach, event planning, operational procedures, and day-to-day operations

Under the leadership of the Marketing Associate/Graphic Designer, the intern will provide assistance with in the specific areas of graphic design, marketing, public relations, development, and promotion of The Bridge Teen Center and The Bridge Thrift Store.

Under the leadership of the Marketing Department, the intern will provide assistance in the creation, planning, and execution of videos for entertainment, educational, promotional, and training purposes for students, volunteers, and the general public.

Under the leadership of the Program Director, the intern will provide assistance with planning, organization, and implementation of various programs and events.
