Rachel Webb

Rachel is a native of Tinley Park and an alum of Andrew High School. After high school she attended Valparaiso University in Indiana and earned her Bachelors of Arts in Spanish & International Service. During a semester college she studied abroad in Spain and discovered her love for tapas, a delightful Spanish cuisine.

Before joining The Bridge, Rachel worked in higher education at Valparaiso University in their admission department. She spent over 10 years recruiting students and training student workers at the university… skills that perfectly translate to her current role at The Bridge as Volunteer Coordinator.

Rachel is married to her husband Dean and they have two beautiful girls, Maggie and Becca, and a couple of friendly cats named Shirley and Sulley. As a family, they plan to visit every major league ballpark and currently they have 13 ballparks under their belt. Rachel is a big fan of The Golden Girls, anything Disney, and The Office. She even has Michael Scott's "World’s Best Boss" coffee mug.
