Being overwhelmed by worries and negative thoughts can really hold you back from being the best version of yourself. So how do you stop worrying and take ownership over your worries and stress? Become more aware of why you worry and where your stress comes from. With the help of a friendly licensed counselor, navigate your mind to identify your major worries and how to better deal with them by “locking the worries away” in a worry box. Design and take home your own worry box that will help you better control and process your thoughts and emotions.
Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
