Have you ever wanted to learn how to dance, make a sports team or run a mile? Maybe something has stopped you from going after those goals or dreams. Can’t touch your toes? Had a bad experience in gym class? Whatever it was, let’s begin anew in 2018 and take it one step at a time…with stretching. Stretching builds muscle strength, power and endurance. Improve your flexibility and coordination to avoid injury while being active. Incorporate stretches and dance moves to reach your health goals. You can do it one step at a time! Please wear appropriate clothing & closed-toed shoes. 

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
