Get out of your comfort zone and try something new – you may just like it! Salmon is one of America’s favorite fish and it doesn’t have a super “fishy” taste. Our friends at Robert Morris University’s Institute of Culinary Arts will teach you how to add color and flavor to a fresh fillet (i.e. piece) of salmon using a pan-searing cooking technique. Then, make a succotash dish with corn, lima beans, and other harvest veggies as a savory side. You’ll be proud of yourself for growing in your tastes and culinary skills. Sign up now!

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
