The Cheesecake Factory's story began in Detroit, Michigan in the 1940's as a small bakery. The owner/baker started out with only one type of cheesecake, the “Original”. It took over 30 years to expand their options to 20 types of  cheesecakes. Today, they are up 35 rich and decadent recipes! But that's not all they have on their menu. The energetic CF Chefs will lead you through creating herb-crusted salmon – it's fresh salmon, brushed with a lemon sauce, accompanied by asparagus and mashed potatoes. Celebrate summer with this delicious salmon recipe and of course, enjoy a piece of cheesecake for dessert.

Important Attendance Policy:

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
