That’s why we’re making pasta entirely from scratch with fresh ingredients, just how Nonna (grandma) used to make! You’ll taste the difference with fresh pasta you’ll knead by hand and make with a professional pasta machine with Chef Rachel, a professional chef and expert in cultural cuisine. Italian food is abundant in taste, characterized by simplicity, and one of the most popular in the world. In this program you’ll learn about the different shapes and sizes of pasta, from spaghetti to linguine, and make your own batch to enjoy with tomato sauce, and share the recipe with your own family.

Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
