*For this program students will travel in The Bridge Bus to an offsite location. They will be going to H.O.T. Side CrossFit, located at 15434 S. 70th Court in Orland Park. Must have 'Permission to Transport' indicated on Student Membership Application (check your Student Portal to make sure).
**For this program students must also complete a permission form signed by their parent(s)/guardian(s). Any student who does not turn in this completed form by the day of the program will not be able to participate. Please email email@example.com for document.

Important Attendance Policy:
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. Confirmation calls are made 48-72 hours prior to every program. If you do not respond to our confirmation call within 24 hours of the program, a student on the waiting list will fill your spot. If a student is a "no show" for 2 or more programs, they will be automatically placed on the waiting list for other programs they have signed up for during that semester. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
