Get outdoors and visit the only natural canyon in Cook County for a scenic hike. It contains geological features from thousands of years ago and is home to extremely unique plant life and rock formations.  There are also over 100 species of migrant and resident birds that fly in and out of this habitat every year. The canyon has a stream running though it so wear shoes that can get wet. We will talk, look, and listen to the beautiful scenery as we journey a half mile through the canyon. Grab a bottle of water and make some trail mix before you head out!
