Test Anxiety Workshop

Thursday, January 26, 5-6pm

With school, sports and everyday life, anxiety is prevalent but often we are unable to change the source of the situation. Learning how to cope and better understand anxiety can be the start to feeling less stressed. Join us to proactively address anxiety with topics on stress management, performance anxiety and relaxation training. In preparation for the upcoming ACT or other college exams, join local counselor Michelle Krepps as she helps you take control over stress firsthand.
